When my diaper becomes hot and uncomfortable (something that's mercifully rare), I just revert to undies. It's a sign that little-me needs a break. But I have many times poured warm water down the front of my diaper to make it extra full and squishy.

P paddedgrimlin Est. Contributor Messages 57 Role Diaper LoverOther Jan 23, 2018 Just sit on an ice pack, lol jk. Actually might not be a bad idea.
Bladderbrain Est. Contributor Messages 158 Role Diaper LoverLittleOther Jan 26, 2018 I have put ice down it during the summer months. Usually a piece or two to just cool it off. I've never gotten a rash from it and it can keep your whole body cool for a bit. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk
