Welcome to the community Dannyboy! I'm sorry you're incontinent (abbreviated ic here). I've recently become somewhat ic myself due to surgery.

If I understand you right, you're looking for a caregiver that your home health care provider would approve of? This would be someone to help you with your medical needs?

Or are you looking for a caregiver such as a mommy or daddy to take care of you?

Regardless, we like to know a little about our members. What interests/hobbies do you have?

It would be awesome to have a mommy daddy type caregiver however I'm looking for someone to help me with most things like bathing dressing and changing my diapers things I actually have serious trouble doing myself i like to play video games and draw and write for fun mostly.

It sounds like you need to petition medicare to provide you with a caregiver then.

It also sounds like you should petition them for actual diapers too. Previal? Breezers? Wow, even I draw the line of torture and mistreatment well above those things.

You wouldn't by chance be a veteran? They have services like that for them.

Not a veteran but I do qualify.

How is Prevail breezers 360? does it hold lot of water? Is it comfortable? Does the 200 diapers per month that you get is the prevail? I'm very curious hehe sorry..

That's an oxymoron. Medical grade diapers are not thick. They are all designed to be thin and can barely handle light stress leakage at best. Prevail breezers included.

If you're actually looking for a plain (not ab or with prints), and thick diaper, then you can't go wrong with Betterdry. There's also Northshore Supreme, and Confidry 24/7. They are among the cheapest cost oer day diapers out there too.

And will most likely be approved I work 17 hours a week washing dishes 3 hours or some day and by the time my shift is done my legs are numb waist down hard to walk pins and needles feeling in left leg. So I can't stand to change myself. barely can clean myself I lost my home in hurricane Harvey and moved to New Mexico. I'm bladder and bowel incontinent but I do identify as a little i lost everything in had except a couple of bags of clothes had a go fund me no one helped lol lived in my car still am actually. Hell i can't even afford decent wipes i have these terrible dollar tree ones.
