Hello StaceT And welcome to the group.
I am not 100% sure what to say either, but I will assume this is more of a "care giver" looking for answers.
So I would suggest that you go to the Adult baby/ Littles and Diaper talk forums and just start reading forums threads.
That is what I did when I joined and I did get a lot of questions answered so I could gain acceptance and understanding.
Do not hesitate to ask questions in the forums and we will help as much as possible.
