Hi, I always do, generally in the morning just before a shower, if I have time I'll hold for as long as I can while sitting in the shower with a tap dripping,,,
Also on a warm summer evening I'll sit in my garden reading and drinking lots of water, holding as long as I can to get a more intense feeling of relief lol.
