I can't help but notice that when you google incontinence support forums that within the top searches you'll find AB/DL related websites, either here or on DD. What do you think people who are struggling with incontinence and want advice think when most of the incontinence support groups are hosted by AD/DL forums if they've never head of AB/DL's before?

Google really only goes by what others have searched for. The search algorithm is entirely conditioned by us.

I found AB/DL sites when I first looked for incontinence support. Best thing I could have found. I read with great interest and decided being DL was the way forward. Now I couldn't be happier.

Do you search while logged in, as the results may differ if they know you search for ABDL keywords or stick to browsing such sites in the past

www.incontinentsupport.com.

They are strictly non-abdl. Not sure how you can miss their site when searching for incontinent support, but they are there.

this. Us abdls kind of ruined the whole incontinence support thing on google. Nearly all the forums or product reviews are littered with fakes. "I have a 17 year old son that wets himself, are goodnites a good option?"

You'll find stuff like this everywhere. There is a time and a place for fantasies/kinky scenarios and all but its just sad that they ruin it for everyone else on there.

Huh, I just searched it on Google and I saw nothing ABDL related other than ADISC in the search results. How weird. :/ But this place is also listed as an incontinence support group so that is why it showed up on google.

What exactly are you entering as your search? Type into google "incontinence support". After the first three ads, the first hit is non-abdl and strictly incontinence support.

Exactly what the OP wrote, "incontinence support forums."

Exactly my point though. If the OP really was typing it in like that, then the first hit alone would NOT be abdl related. And the OP didn't say that was what he was entering, only what he was searching for (and not finding).
