Look on eBay--they have many suppliers. I have a couple from an eBay seller called "Big Tots." They are well-made and durable. They also have a bit of Spandex in the fabric for stretch which helps the fit. Other adult diaper sites also sell onesies (like Tykables and ABU). Hope this helps.
