1990 ford bronco XLT has a stock curb weight of 4500lbs

Has the 5.0 V8 an the M5OD 5 speed manual.

Most the weight comes from the equipment on it. I keep a roofrack with a rooftop tent bolted to the hard top. At all times i keep my AR15, mauser model 98 and my pistols in the truck so i opted for a mobile gun safe which adds about 600lbs extra then the drawers on top of the safe and all my standard bugout/camping gear that stays in the truck at all times. Add in my 300lb fat ass, my brothers 120lbs and my sons 60-70lbs and other varios passengers and it adds up

Meet Ol' Red. She's in a better place now, but she was our farm truck for the better part of 5 years. 89 with the dog slow (but indestructible) 300 six and M5OD Mazda manual. Floors rotted out, brakes rotted out, but she kept going. We eventually sold her to a guy that pulled the 300 out and put it in his f-150. Who knows where it is now.

Yep heres mine just before i started wrenching on her. Currently rings are blown so shes off the road and engine tore out but she was solid no rust, dash had not seen sunlight in 27 years not a single crack or fade. So i plan on refreshing the paint and doing a Nite edition clone. Such as below

Nite editions are rare these days. Really liked that all black look with the polished wheels. Very crisp

Oh god yes i fell in love with the Nite editions back in middle school, my boyfriends dad had a 1992 Nite F150 with the 351 5speed 4x4 extended cab. Sad to say it was totaled after getting hit by a drunk.

The 300 inch, 4.9 L straight six can actually be turned into a torque monster. Plus there's that cool, rabid hornet sounding pitch of the I6.
