I was browsing Facebook the other day and came across a page for this. They aim to make changing facilities for the disabled more accessible. It's a shame that they're only in the UK because it would be great to have these all over the world.

I have seen this.
It is very much needed here in the US.
 
There is a US related arm of the campaign advocating for the same thing here ,I bought some t shirts that help fund the organization mission of adaptable accessesable changing spaces for everyone .
