Medical records and diapers

Mine's in there because I requested that it be put in there as refusal of urinary catheterization and preference for diapers instead.

I never thought of that but it would be my preference not to be catheterized except if unconscious. Otherwise, hopefully I'll be able to choose. I have a friend who regularly self-catheterizes due to medical urinary issues but hes become used to it.
