So I just ordered two ABDL themed T-Shirts to wear outside. I'm trying to be more comfortable as an out-of-the-closet ABDL so why not? Here are the designs:

I've never gone out of my way to order shirts online before, but now that local stores don't carry even half-decent shirts anymore I just might have to. What's ordering one of these compared to somewhere else.

Seriously. Designs aside, are they 100% cotton & have a long hem length to them? How much do they cost too?

Yes, they're from Redbubble which is a pretty decent place to order T-Shirts. They're 100% cotton, they have hemp and they cost around 24-29 each depending on the design.
