I use provolone and cheddar for grilled cheese also a little tiny sprinkle of nutmeg , it will bring it up a notch if that's possible, I either use whole wheat or when I want to spoil myself potato Bread! Heaven in your hand .sometimes with the potato Bread I will add Asiago to make it a three way .

I only use pepper Jack cheese when I make grilled cheese sandwiches, hotdogs, cheese burgers, broccoli and cheese, and mac and cheese.
