I have a similar one that has more pink in it: http://www.zazzle.com/colorful_pink_blue_galaxy_nebula_pacifier-256450790766475278, but it's pretty small, not adult sized. I'm wondering if I can separately buy a larger shield and nipple, but keep the button.

I think the closest to this would be a bigger sized MAM replica.

I have only tried NUK, MAM and Esska. Esska won because of the price and the design, they are quite cheap (still, knock on wood) and I survived their new design (hope they wont stop making latex nipples, I hate silicone).
 
Favorite kind of pacifire

so I'm not sure if anyone's asked this yet but what is your favorite style or type of pacifier like the traditional guard or a mam guard. i currently have a traditional guard silicone nuk 5 pacifier but it doesn't really sit right in my mouth so i was thinking of getting a mam style one and was curious what everyone's preference was toward the kind of pacifier they prefer it that makes sense.
 
I don't have enough experience with pacis yet. I only own one and it's not an adult paci. But, omg, I love your avatar! So adorable and cute!
 
I prefer the ones that are sized for adults. Check out adultpacifier.com. I have quite a few and love them. Use one every night.
