Hello everyone I'm a 59 year old man that's disabled and I became incontinent last year from a disease that effects my immune system that's eating away the top part of my nerves.

Hi and welcome to the site. I'm sorry you are having to deal with whatever is attaching your nervous system. I'm sure it isn't easy. I hope being on this site will help, even in some small way.
 
Im with you on the neurological part. Mines from diabetic nuropathy.
