Effect dying

Lately the effect of my diaper has diminished. I don't feel the security and safety from them lately. Thankfully my stress levels have been at a stable levels. I've had to lately use my diaper in a odd and sporadic way. One day for maybe an hour, another day for a minute and yet another day. I'm wondering if it's odd schedule I put myself through. Has anyone had to deal with this before?
