    Hey Guys and Gals

    Besides onesie T-Shirts, what else can be used to support a nappy.
    I have tried underwear but they seem too tight.
    I would love to get onesies but i cant get them in SA. Well adult size that is.
    SO i have a choice of importing them or making them or finding an alternative.

    Do onesies help keep the top of the nappy close to the body? or are they only good for the crotch area? Which stops the nappy from sagging when they get wet.

    Try an extra large size pair of pantyhose with about three quarters of the legs cut off. It works well to support a diaper and they will come up to your waist and stay up without rolling down.

    Net fixing inco pants work a treat. I always wear them over my nappies

    Yeah, Tena Fix pants are great over cloth backed disposables.

    I sewed "crotches" into some of my old V-necked tee shirts (basically just sewing the bottom hem together leaving leg holes), and that works great. The V-neck is large enough to slide up your body and over your shoulders.
