Yes, I did see an Adult Baby out in public in Downtown Boston this Afternoon...

Once saw an AB in public too because she had a pacifier around her neck. She was also dressed real childishly and had on a dress that was little girl looking. If it weren't for the pacifier, I would have just thought it was her normal clothing and think nothing of it.
