I find that when I want to get ready in the morning, I end up wasting my time waiting for somebody to answer a post or reading past threads and I get upset when I found out I wasted half a day doing that when I have plans! I tend to sometimes not be able to pick myself in the morning. I tend to want somebody to talk to me and feel a emptiness inside me when I do this, but I do it nearly every morning.
Is there any way of stopping it? What would you suggest? Is it linked to trauma? Would seeing a psychiatrist help me?
