I don't like getting them dirty. :(
 
I hadn't had one in years but yesterday I bought two along with baby powder and some wipes. I spent all night in just a diaper watching movies with my paci in my mouth.
 
I also like to suck on mine when I'm scared cause of anxiety

I got a hello kitty NUK ( the big ones for adult mouthes) and its attached to a hello kitty ribbon with clip and it's my absolute favourite. It was expensive but worth it.

I can use mine for hours if I'm focusing on something like art or puzzles. Sucking on my pacifier helps me think and clear my head. Sometimes it's good to get a child like point of view lol.
