How are this diapers done on ebay.

I think the are just applying the outer shell to the adult diaper. It is not a scaled up version to cover the entire adult version, as there is a good amount of it that has no prints.
 
Been a few threads here about these with a few fans. From the pics they look fabulous but sooooo expensive.
