Looking for Diapers in Bremen and or Brussels

I will be moving to Bremen or Possible Brussels and I am searching for where I can find Adult Diapers. I know that in Paris the Santê stores sold them but I am curious about Germany and Belgium, particularly Brussels of Belgium.

Hi there, I'm from Belgium.

In Belgium some local supermarkts sell diapers. The name of the stores are: Delhaize and Carrefour.
Delhaize has their own brand called Care and the Carrefour sells the Tena slip plus and their own brand Absodys. They have Pull ups and tab diapers for adults.

Are they like proper tape ones or pull ups?
