As you all are aware bambino has a superior lack of performance when it comes to customer service.

I recently ordered from them and have yet to receive a tracking number - 5 days later. The order shipped a few days ago and they now use fedex instead of ontrac.

I was wondering since they do not respond to their email if anybody has had a similar experience and has a solution?

I think if I remember correctly FedEx isn't very efficient in their tracking anyways but I utilized the pick up at nearest FedEx location option and will be fined if the package isn't picked up within 5 days of it being delivered and I have no way of knowing if and when it will be there.
