Happy mothers day to all our mothers out there. For dinner tonight, I made my wife my "good eggs" dish. I fry two eggs on a griddle and put a slice of Velveeta cheese on them. Then I flip one egg over onto the other with the cheese in the middle. When it's done, I put it on a toasted and buttered English muffin. And yes, I did this while recovering from the stomach virus, but I am better today than yesterday.
