The basic story



In the country of Japan, on the island of Honshu, in the city of Kyoto is a daycare/preschool that has been family owned for about 50 years. The daycare/preschool is owned by the family of Usagi. They determine the new owner by the health of the old owner of the daycare/ preschool. Basically stating if the old one gets too old or dies the eldest son shall then have ownership of it. And guess who gets to be the new one? Yuki Usagi , a 17 year old high schooler who has a lot of friends and lives an average high school life. But after his grandfathers death EVERYTHING changed.

People now expect TOO much out of him because he is to be the new owner of the daycare/preschool which, he doesn't want to be. And on top of that his aunt who at this time cannot afford to support her kid ( Yuki's cousin) is now putting the responsibility of him (her kid) in the parents of Yuki.

Things look to become hectic, crazy, and funny is the comical story of In za ukiyo of a kodomo.

Name: Mamoru Koiwai

likes: Coloring, watching TV ( No anime though, too young), Yuki ( he considers him as an older brother), onigiri, and ramune.

Bio: Mamoru is the son of Ena Koiwai. His mom worked as software programmer for a Japanese software company. Unfortunately, the business went bust and she was let off. With little to no money she could only afford to support her and not her son. So she decided to leave him in the custody of her sister ( Yuki's mom) who is happily married.

Likes: Hot girls, anime, manga, socializing with friends, the computer, doing tricks on his bike, video games ( if it's an RPG he'l play it unless it's like FF), and foreigners.

Dislike: Racists, dishonorable people, rapists, criminals, egotistical people, prejudice, comics, and being tired.

Name: Junichi Gyakushi
Age: 3
Potty trained: No
Likes: Birds, his diapers, his teddy, coloring.
Bio: Firstborn son of Gyakushi family, his parents have been trying to potty train him since just before his third birthday, however Jun has resisted them at every turn, refusing to do his business at all unless he was in a diaper. His parents have beseeched the daycare to try and help them convince Jun to use the toilet like a Big Boy. Can be quite disobedient for seemingly no reason than to be disobedient.

Likes: Sushi (including uni, despite its strangeness to some), drawing, exploring random areas (such as closets)
Bio: Asari is the only daughter of the Notana family. Her father works full-time and then some as a hardworking programmer for an almost questionable software firm. Her mother also works more than full-time as a secretary of said firm, often finding obscure popular culture references for their games, or odd trinkets through which the programmers can derive inspiration. Between the two of them, not much time can be spent on her, but they love her greatly and decided to send her to a family-owned daycare where she'll recieve individual attention. They have great hopes for her, since they believe worth is measured in willingness to act; whether it is work or play. Her name is often simply written in hiragana and so wasn't chosen to mean anything.

This is my first time RPing so I apologize ahead of time if I make an ass of myself.
Name: Vinny Nash

Age: 4

Potty Trained: No.

Likes: his teddy(just named Bear), The Lion King movie, the color Orange, Megaman TV shows and happy music.

Dislikes: Dark, loud noises, creepy music, fighting.

Bio: Vinny's father, Greg Nash, fell in love with a Japanese woman named Haruka who had come to Canada for university and got married soon after. The two moved to japan when Haruka finished her courses and had twins Vinny and Shinji. Shinji died 2 days after birth due to complications so Vinny was their only child. Vinny's parents are both hard workers and after their regular daycare center for Vinny gets shutdown due to cases of child neglect, Vinny's parents take him to Yuki's daycare. Vinny is a somewhat shy child and always carries his Teddy with him. He tends to run and hide when approached by many new people at once. He is very afraid of the dark and will panic if he doesn't have a source of light with him at all times. Which is another reason he keeps his teddy with him all the time. When his teddy's belly is squeezed it will glow softly. He is not potty trained but his parents are in no rush to train him and say he will train when he is ready.
