actual Roleplay anyone?

We're going to use D20 modern as the core rulebook. you'll all start as level 3s. This will be a superhero campaign, you all will be superhero trainees. You cannot kill the enemy, you can only subdue them by dealing non-lethal damage.

You each will create a super power that will level-up as you do like:
level 1: you can turn into smoke for 1d4 - 2 minutes and have a flying speed of 20(clumsy) once per day.
Level 2: smoke for 1d4 minutes movement speed 20(normal) twice per day
and so on and so forth until
Level 20: smoke as long as you like, ability to create smoke versions of yourself that can deal a total of 6d6 damage, and have a total attack bonus of +35

Actually a lot of people are into DnD style RPGs, not everyone RPs about diapers.

I don't mean to be a party pooper, but... how would this work? A D&D style roleplaying session in a forum?

It's slow enough in real life, as a decent adventure takes a good 3 hours or more, not counting the preperation time of the DM.

If this doesn't have a DM, then this would be more suited to the thread games section... wouldn't it?

They are right for one. Maby we should set a time for when we want to rp and when all who will participat will try to be there. Maby flash chat. O and i would like to do the rp but it would have to be on the week end for now. My mom recently found out about some diapers i stashed and........i wont be able to get on here till weekend so she dosent catch me here. And P.S im only on now becuse she isnt at home.

Yeah thinking of that, I've had to DM a few RPG's.....it takes way to long to set up on a forum(not that I'd do it on a forum anyways).

Guess this adds to the argument as to why the board shouldn't be here?
