Mary walks into David’s room and said “Hi David.”

"hi miss, do you know if i can eat yet?"

“Let me check David.” Mary said.

'ok' david waited patiently

Mary went to find a doctor to see if David could eat.

Dr.Wilson kept his voice calm and said "Gracie the stress you were putting on your heart so soon after the surgery caused your heart to fail. We had no choice but to do a second surgery, witch was different from the first, in order to keep you alive. Now i need you to stay in your bed and try to stay relaxed. I know you are not happy about being here, but you need to fully recover before I can allow you to leave."

Dr.Wilson turned around and faced the hallway before speaking again "Is there anything else you need before I leave?"

Gracie nodded and asked, "can you get nei or anyone for that matter? You see when I'm alone I think of my parents, I dont want crying to stress my heart again". Gracie looked up at the doctor. A tear was rolling down her cheek hinting saddness and embarasment.

"ugh i am starving, were is that nurse with that doctor?" david said becoming antsy
