I wonder why therapists still use the diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome after it was removed from the DSM-V in 2013? Odd...

I asked about it. He is a little older too, he almost retired a few years ago...

Okay. It interests me quite a bit, wondering how some in psychiatry still use the term after that...and especially after Asperger's Naziesque past was uncovered in 2017, effectively ruining his reputation. Guess these things take time.

That’s very interesting. As someone on the spectrum originally diagnosed with Asperger’s, I will say that autism often brings me social anxiety and then some. All autism cases are unique though.
