the difference there was that the man was misrepresenting himself as disabled for purposes of sexual gratification. You can certainly hire a caregiver if you are honest about it, and aren't looking for a "happy ending"
Yes, but there aren't too many professionals out there who will trip over themselves to change someone with a psychological need. It's still a kink at the end of the day.
And the truth is, I already tried talking to someone on craigslist. The closest I have ever been was someone who agreed to change me for the price I offered and then on the penultimate day, when I asked if they were one hundred percent sure they knew what I was asking for (we had already discussed it once the week before) she said, "You can pay me more if you want to."
