Made by Suprima who also make Plastic Pants and Onesies etc.
The reason I post this is I've seldom seen anyone else refer to them, they are a pretty fun item with the zipper at the back of the conjoined trouser/tshirt assembly.
I'd recommend them!

These types of clothing are generally for the elderly sundowner ( alzheimers patients) who will constantly try and remove clothes or diapers many companies sell these with locking zippers and such to prevent the removal buck and buck and many other sites here in the US sell these garments and jumpsuits.

looks like a good "trapped in your diaper" angle, or maybe for mommy to make sure you use your diaper while you're at school/work instead of trying to use the potty
