If I were to go to say CVS's minute clinic and say I have started wetting the bed again and that I didn't want to put any "chemicals" into my body would they prescribed me diapers? then could i pick them up at the drive through pharmacy so to eliminate any need to go into the store? All without using insurance so my parents don't know about it?

That's not exactly how it works. To my knowledge they would probably want to do tests on you to make sure it's not some kind of cancer or a UTI, plus the diapers they'd prescribe would be horrible brand name ones that don't work. This sort of thing is also illegal as it's also insurance fraud considering your health insurance would pay for it.
Plus, I'm pretty sure topics like this are against the rules.
Edit*: I just now saw the last part about insurance not being on it. Clinics still need insurance information, especially if they are going to do tests.

CVS Pharmacy would likely not prescribe diapers because of the limited nature of the minute clinic.
The CVS drive-thru is only for prescription medication refills already available for pickup. Items such as diapers from the rest of the store require customers to enter the store and pay at the front counter.

A minute clinic would refer anybody even the autistic to a urologist for testing and examination. Enuresis (bedwetting) or incontinence is not a disease but rather a siign of another disease process that needs to be identified. Further paying cash will result in the urologist social worker applying for Medicaid and you will then be absolutely caught gaming the system. You will not wear free diapers well you serve time in prison!
And if the urology tests aren't as uncomfortable and invasive as they come be prepared for the hospital x rays and sonograms and then off to the proctologist and colon specialist for an invasive recital exam to rule out a colon problem being the culprit for your urinary "issues".
Also during the testing they will have you see a shrink to see if behaivour therapy .repotty training.or a bedwetter alarm will remedy the problem. Also most blood work or urinalyisys will reveal if you have been taking the Meds as prescribed.
And if a problem is found diapers are a last resort because many doctors consider them a failure of all their education.

Everyone else has covered why this isn't a good idea medically, so I'll add in another angle: this could be a case of fraud. If it was ever found out that you were receiving medical assistance for diapers that you didn't actually need, you could be on the hook for insurance fraud. I don't think you want "diaper fraud" on your criminal record (OK, it wouldn't say that, but still). Use legitimate means to get the money to buy your diapers.

Perhaps you mistyped something, but seeing that you said ''without insurance,'' what would the point of even trying this be? If you're trying to get your insurance to pay for the diapers so you don't have to, well, you'd still be using insurance... (Unless your reasoning is your parents would find out about the medical appointment but not the diapers if you used it.)
