I do not have too much time to go on line and view ADISC postings I'm just too busy. Do they hold this against me?

To be frank (oh no that's you) lol had to do that. Its ok.... I find checking in on my phone most convenient when I'm busy. Sometimes it's a nice distraction from the busyness.

According to this, you will not be hurt if you are remaining an Established Contributor, you don't have to constantly maintain rep or anything. If you are in a position of any higher level of membership, then you will have to maintain some amount of activity to keep rep up. So, I think you are fine with occasional visits.
