ATM, I'm down to 5 NRU Little Rascals and Tykables Unicorns, 15 pink Srt8ups, and 1 NS MM. With plenty stuffers to go along with it. I never run out of cheap adult diapers from thrift stores to use as stuffers.

Full count made today, first after late August. Plastic backed were used more. During summer months it was oposite.
We downsized for around 200 diapers before any purchase.
After downsize, strategy was that for each bought diaper we use two and to discontinue certain diapers
until we reach stock around 2000-2200.
In that we failed.
First we found privately 50 ABU Lavander M and 30 Lavander L diapers for good price.
Then we saw all kind of roumors on adisc that Tena will ( maybe ) discontinue Tena Active Fit diapers.
For safety reasons we bought 8 Maxi L , 2 Plus L, 8 Maxi M and 2 Plus M packages. 20 packages in total.
Altogether we use 298 and bought

I have a small stash. Some stuff I'm trying out and some stuff is more of my regular. I have around 50-ish Abena L4s, 10-ish Trest Elite, 1 Northshore Megamax (want to get more of these but shipping is so high), and a half pack of depends. The Abena are my usual and I'm trying out the Trest recently.

Too lazy to individually count but, normally I have a fairly good variety of Tykables on the top shelves with normally between 4 and 8 bags below since I get their monthly subscription. Also keep a supply of thinner stuff like Crinklz and M4s around for those active days where bulky padding just does work.

• BetterDry - a few bags, I don't wear them often because the premium products are always beckoning
• Rearz Critter Caboose - 1 left, I just ordered a couple sample packs to try them out
