Rectangular for regular use, triangle for those special occasions.

If I was putting on a spread of sandwiches, I'd use triangles.

Oh my! I did forget the "Not Cut" option -- my apologies.

I am, however, thinking about trying your "rip it apart" approach!

oh, what- peaches are too GOOD to eat sandwiches?? So I guess when you eat a bratwurst mit sauerkraut you float it in mid air using your peachy mind powers, and avoid the bun, too!

LOLOOL

*ducks*don't hurt me!! I couldn't resist!

OT : When the sandwich is eaten over the sink = no cut - when on a plate with chips (crisps for UK peeps) = rectangle - when putting on airs and being all fancy = triangle, usually with the crust removed, AND consumed with the pinkie ever so slightly raised.

*makes Lil Snap choke on some spicy cajun food* I've never seen bratwurst being served with sauerkraut, and most certainly not in a bun. You get your bratwurst on a rectangular paper plate, sometimes with a slice of toast or a small bun. And I dunno who wants to eat Sauerkraut anyway...gives me stomach problems. Incidentally, I'm not a big fan of bratwurst either. Guess I'm not southern enough to enjoy either one.

Peachy

P.S.: In Germany, our "sandwiches" use bread rolls rather than toast, so the question of rectangular or triangle does not apply - buns always come in the same shape!

Triangles!

They just feel so much more geometric!

---

Although, I do it because I like to dip my sandwiches in various beverages, and triangles makes it easier to dunk.

What that Sandvich, kill them all!?!?

I personally don't eat sandwiches unless I get one of those meatball subs from subway. In which case they are like a submarine in appearance.
