Pure SCAM nothing works but dialy or at least a few times a week exercise, to tone the areas you want.

Be who you are, not some add in a magazine, tone your body but don't try to be the incredible hulk, if your overweight light exercise like walking will get you thinner, if your underweight time will fill your body out with any help at all.

It's not a scam, but they do hype the shit out of it. There's a thousand other websites that look exactly like that and sell similar products. They say shit like: "I got RIPPED in three weeks! Without even working out!"
Which is ridiculous, and I'm fairly sure also humanly impossible.

The only thing that will get you to where you want to be is hitting the gym at least three times a week and no more than five. It's a slow, painful process, and you won't see any results for a long time, but it works.
You can buy some creatine for before workout (to maximize the work out), and some protein for after workout (to help repair muscle), but I wouldn't go any further than that.
I used to take creatine and protein, but it got expensive way too fast.

Wow, those pills are so badass they even made his tattoo grow. But anyway, I'd be wary -- these 'free' trial things tend to come with a "we're going to charge you a sh*tton of money if you don't cancel after your free trial". Oh, and calling the number to cancel tends to get you on hold indefinitely or a busy signal. This happened to my sister with a different diet supplement.
