Yup ^-^
No.(Forgot or just didn't want to)
No!(I think this is pointless/stupid)
Wanted to but couldn't
Not sure if you read my post outlining my disinclination to set a new energy price-point and ascribed it to a "protest", but if so, screw you right back, Charlie, as I live every other hour in full-blown energy conservation mode.
And this is the point of the awareness-raising campaign rather than doing this for an hour and then forgetting about it.
There are different motivations and circumstances surrounding actions, and I had believed (and continue to believe, until you prove me wrong) that you could distinguish them.
Sure. There are things we can fully control, things we can partially control, and things that are out of our control. The earth will be swallowed up by the sun eventually. This, I cannot control. My great-great-great-great grandchildren may not know what "grass" is. This I can partially control. However, I do what I can now, with the things I can control, to try to make the best future for mine and humanity. Just because I know that the earth will eventually cease to be, as will humanity, doesn't prevent me from (much more often than not) adopting a Utilitarian approach on public-facing items as energy usage and conservation.Everybody should be able to say "yay for the Earth! Lets protect it best we can!".

I did not. Honestly, everyone hates the mentality I have, but it's the truth.
At this point, there is NOTHING we can do to save this planet. We can maybe slow down it's utter destruction by a few decades, but that's it. It's been raped for far too long for anything we do to save it.
These efforts, although respectable, can be a bit annoying at times when their supporters get overzealous and insist that everyone join in.
Honestly, an hour is not going to make much of a difference, especially since I doubt even 50% of the world population participated.
Yep, I most definitly did participate.
The Earth Hour event is symbolic, and it was designed to be that way.
It's to raise awareness of all environmental issues, most of all energy consumption.

Aye. I* did participate** in Earth Hour, 2009.
*(By "I", I mean that the army base I'm stationed at, did.)
** (I can't really bring myself to reach for the moral heights here. During the time period the event was taking its course. I was down at the pub. Drinking away my last good sense of the week. I probably passed out under the table. Can't really remember clearly. Damn you Jack Daniels!)
I split up the Earth Hour, did you participate? thread into a new one called Global warming there is a big chance I missed a thread or didn't do something correctly, if that's the case PM me and I'll fix it when I have time (I'm a human too and my bike needs repairing so don't expect it done withing 24 hours.

Nah, couldn't be bothered. I was busy doing stuff that required lighting.
