Part 2 My Urologist is fantastic though, I'd been researching problems with ADHD sufferers and for guys an orchiectomy was mentioned as a way of resolving he issue. Neurostimulators were brought up but my underlying thought was I've had a fair few surgeries in my life. I don't like them. I don't...

Hello Cheers for the reply. It's a massive step to take having this done but it sounds like you were more than ready for it. I have ADHD and although I hate taking meds for it they do make a huge difference to how I cope and behave, I don't like the fact I have to take them because I know they...

Hi there I just read a post you put in about having your testicles removed. I'm due to have this done this summer. A bit nervous but in the long term I'm hopefully going to be a lot more comfortable as I think like you my meds are reacting with testosterone. I'll move onto HRT afterwards. Any...

    Wearing a diaper with pants

I wear both Dickies and Carhartt work pants, they are awesome for covering a bulky diaper and still looking professional without giving too much away. I tend to wear a thicker diaper and normally have a booster in it too and I've never had a problem with them.

    Sleep position

Sleep on my stomach here, legs apart (but that's probably because of my diaper anyway). I always sleep with a booster pad in too which I'll position to make sure it's 'up' at the front so there's plenty of extra absorption there.

Hi there! Great pic! I'm a pup too although currently without a handler. Live just to the south of London and well up for chatting to some other guys in the area who also know what it's like to wear a nappy. Names Jamie

    Incontinence and sport

I've always done it in the pool! I swim competitively from 15 - 25, even making the UK team and it was one of those unsaid things. EVERYONE did it.

    Dating with Incontinence

I'm always upfront about my incontinence and how I deal with it. Other than having one amazing boyfriend who was totally supportive I've found that a lot of people do judge you. I've been laughed at and had guys walk out on me when they have found out that I wear a nappy. So now I'm open and...

    Wetness indicators. Cheers or jeers?

I also really agree with this. They are good for giving someone an idea of if you need changing or not.

    Incontinence and sport

I consider myself to be a pretty fit and active guy, i surf, swim, mountain bike, go to the gym and play rugby. As someone who's also incontinent though there is always another dimension to any activity that I have to contend with - is my diaper or incontinence going to get in the way or...

Hot weather comfort in plastic-backed diapers?

Hi @inconsurferdude Like you I'm a fan of plastic backed diapers, I just find them more reliable, and I always have a booster pad in mine too so it sounds like we're wearing pretty similar levels of padding. Summer - and hot weather in general can be a bugger in diapers but something that I've...

How do you put on your diapers?

I prefer to Diaper up lying down, it's easier and you can make sure everything is in the right place. Normally I'll do it on my bed. For me the back is always higher than the front, bottom tapes first to get the legs right then take up the excess with the top tapes to make sure its snug. If I'm...

    Wetness indicators. Cheers or jeers?

They're OK but it's nothing I rely on to judge when my diaper might need changing. You can (or at least I can) tend to 'feel' when you're getting full and then I'd always do a physical check, the good old grab and shake to see if I think it can last any longer or if I'm going to have to find...

    Hello from a London lad

Hi @SiriusPup thanks for the message. Yeah, I'm now totally at easy with the fact I need to wear a nappy, I actually enjoy it now and try to look for the benifits as opposed to the drawbacks. I certainly don't let it hold me back in any way. As for mountain biking padded, yeah, it can help! I...
