I’m 6’4” and I use a xl or 2 xl women’s leotard. They fit me great. Tight, which is good. I’ve found a few on Amazon. They run between $15 and $25 USC. Amazon also carries Little For Big. Their basic onesie is $20.00 last I checked. Look at a Woman’s leotard for sure. They’ve worked great for me.
