Yes I had this issue for years and then got given a sample pack of 5 incontinenece underwear from this company called Carer. I have found these help a lot and in the day I can sometimes get away with just wearing these and not a diaper. But all the other recommendations on here are good too...

I got a UTI last year and the antibiotics I was on for it made my incontinence worse but it at least got rid of the UTI. It was while recovering from another surgery so my body was a total mess for a couple of months overall. Hope you feel better soon.

yup my bedwetting started when I was 45 and has stuck around regularly since. It does seem to come and go but prostate issues and a general weak bladder means either wearing a diaper or not sleeping well at all. Ironically any stress we have over our incontinence issues only adds to the problem...
