Yes, they are cloth backed, but the back leg area (elastic gathers) has a bit of plastic so when you walk it crinkles :(

I typically wear Depend Real Fit during the day to protect underwear against streaks etc. The other day my wife pulled me aside and said she could totally hear the crinkle. Since we have kids in the house, I need to find a better pull up that does not have noise. Any suggestions?

My favorite at the moment are Tena Stretch Super. Good for night wear and have the velcro like tapes that you can stretch for a snug fit.
