- Been wearing diapers for several years now and am totally hooked. After trying a variety of different adult disposables I've settled on the Abena M4s as my regular diaper. The price is very competitive and they do a great job. Recently decided to try the RearZ Inspire brand after reading all the good reviews. They certainly are pricey but WOW they are amazing. Super thick and hold an amazing amount. Sure wish they were a bit cheaper as I'd be buying quite a few more of them.
