I'm bowel incontinent. I average 2 BMs every 24 hours. Usually one in the morning and another later into the evening, however there are times where I will have a mid day BM or will go BM in my sleep as well.

There were definitely times where I pooped shortly after waking up while still in my overnight diaper. My parents never made a big issue out of it, likely because I've always had some degree of daytime incontinence/accidents so they likely assumed I simply couldn't hold it.

I usually wear a Megamax overnight which seems to work well.

I've been told my facial expressions change when I'm having a BM although it is not something I am consciously aware of.

I've always had to wear them due to some degree of incontinence. But my sister had to wear them "just in case" on big trips, etc. due to being a bedwetter and the risk of her falling asleep in the car/on the plane/etc.

I don't drive given my medical conditions but I frequently wet and occasionally mess while travelling in a car due to my incontinence issues. I don't seem to have any difficulty with it.
