I can even see the difference on my Garmin app. It tracks trough my watch (fenix7) how long, how deep etc. Sleeping little with my pacifier and plushie makes me sleep much better and deeper.

I can only advise a paci clip. Regarding the sensory issues that could be eased if you don’t see it as something stuck on you but rather something to safeguard something you treasure. I nearly never lose my paci sinds the first night I started sleeping with it but have a clip just in case...
