As others have said, caffeinated stuff can help do the trick. So for me, a couple of cups of tea followed by keeping my water intake up a bit helps a lot.

No more problems than already occur from wearing anyway. It's only the length of time that's different. As long as you know how your skin responds to staying wet and that you're already taking precautions against rashes if you need to then nothing should really be any different.

If you have large files already, you might want to try running them through a transcoding program called Handbrake. You can have a play around with the compression and quality settings and see what gets a suitable size vs quality ratio for what you need. Very useful program.
