My sincerest apologies. My grandmother, who is 96, fell and broke her hip at 4 PM yesterday. She's still in the hospital and they think she might have Alzheimer's. I called Organ Piper to let them know I wasn't going to be there on the off chance that someone did show up.

Yeah, even if you don't have the Xanax, it's a bad idea to do ANYTHING after the appointment other than rest for the remainder of the day. If you do have the Xanax, you will NOT be allowed to drive yourself home.

I highly recommend this. Benzodiazepines are both sedatives and anterograde amnesics - they relax you (a LOT!) and you have difficulty forming memories of what happens. Most people don't remember anything at all and the few who do have only vague, fuzzy memories. It's an overall pleasant...
