I have on cloth. For the first time, cloth held my heavy overnight wetting. I’m usually in a MagaMax. Once I’m done with morning coffee I guess I’ll take it off. It’s very heavy right now and feels good.
Part of my issue is uncertainty as to how to wear cloth. Do you just fan one and make all of the others strips? How many do you use? I’m a side sleeper and wet heavily.

I find almond milk the closest to breast milk. It does vary though with some almond milk being a bit bitter and other brands having a sweetness similar to breast milk. I have thought about purchasing frozen breast milk since it is readily available although it often costs $1 to $2 per ounce.
