- Hi there! This is not easy for me and completely new so hope all of this does not sound stupid to anyone. I am 52 and was diagnosed with (ASD) or Adult Asperger's in 2006, along with the very likely prospect of me being exposed to chemicals. As a result of all this stress I find that using a Nappy/Diaper at night to aid my bedwetting helps me to a point where I can wake up and think about the day ahead, and not think about what all the fuss is about the stigma (For Me) in wearing something that was I thought only was reserved for use by toddlers, babies and rest homes.
