I second sunman with the Ecoable recommendation! I’ve got 6 of the cloth diapers with overnight inserts. I don’t use their covers and instead pair them with a quality plastic pant from Gary, Babykins, etc. They are fabulous and hold up well.

Northshores Go Supreme pull-up is what I use often at work and they are outstanding! They also come in smaller sizes than depend products. Sounds like it may be a good fit for you!
I wish everyone had to wear diapers so I wouldn’t have to hide it. Being a lifelong bedwetter and trying to hide it, especially in college, is quite stressful.
Molicare Maxi/Super plus are by far in my opinion the softest diapers out there. They don’t stand up in the absorbency department to what else is out there but darn it are they soft and comfy to wear!
Northshore Supreme all the way. M4s have been a favorite of mine for years but they just aren’t up to the standard set by what’s currently out there. The Northshore absorbs more, is more durable, and wicks like a champ! They are pretty much all I wear anymore.
