For me, anything that is relatively thin works. I sometimes workout with an iD Super, but I find that the best diapers for exercise are DryNites (or goodnites) if you can fit in them (I do and I'm, like 36-38 waist), if not... Tena Men PullUps are the second best... Always Discrete also do work...
