I'm incontinent due to congenital disability and wheelchair use. My family and school prided my continence and shamed me when I went (anger, humiliation). It'd help me to hear from others of how they overcame their shame of being incontinent. thanks:sweatdrop::chin::beg:

Can you lift yourself off the seat just enough to shimmy them down (if wearing pullups)?

I use a wheelchair, too, new diaper wearer, trying to let go of the shame I feel re wearing diapers.

you could bring an odor proof seat cushion to class with you. if anyone asks, tell them the college furniture is uncomfortable. (Because frankly college furniture is very hard).
