It appears that the Walmart version has a large single tape on each side similar to the Tena stretch diapers, while it appears that the CVS version has a more standard 4 tape system. There could be more differences.

Has anyone tried the CVS stretch fit adjustable briefs? It looks like they have standing leak guards, but I'm wondering how well they perform. Here's a link...

Has anyone tried these, and if so are they any good? These are the pullup type that also have tapes for getting the right fit. They're on sale right now, so I might try them.

Were your Dignity PM's the old version without standing leak guards or the new version with standing leak guards?

I have a non-ABDL YouTube channel with about 200 subscribers. In the genre that my channel is in, I was one of the first and am friends with many of the most popular in the genre (20,000 ish subscribers).

The Always Discreet pullups are rather good. You can get them in just about any drugstore. Make sure to get the maximum absorbency option.

Here's my life hack: Makeshift Onesie-Take a T-shirt that is two or three sizes too big for you, and safety pin it tightly at the crotch to have a onesie that will keep your diaper secure.

I agree with this. The Walgreens Certainty Fitted Briefs are very good, especially considering their price (40 for $17). They make a great daytime diaper.

Abena M4's are very good for messing, in fact I'm just about to mess mine as we speak. The criteria for a good diaper for messing is a. good standing leakguards and b.thick and preferably plastic backed. So Molicares are good, M4's are good, ABU Space, Bambino Teddy, Classico or Bellissimo, DC...
