I can only comment about the Goodnites XL. It is easy enough to order from the US Amazon website, it just costs an arm and a leg. Basically £70+ for a box of 63, though if it is your first time you might be able to set up a monthly renewal / coupon discount which reduces it to £58+. the cost...
